Warranty and Return Policy

I. Warranty Policy

Important, In order to activate your product warranty and register for online technical support at www. autolandscientechusa.com, you must register your product within 10 days from the date of purchase by filling out the yellow form and mailing it to our corporate office, or by filling out the online form from our website.
If you fail to register your product the year warranty will by default be back dated to the time the unit left our facilities unless you can provide the proof of purchase from your vendor.
Also, The breaking of any warranty seals that are placed over the screws or seams on the VeDis base unit or cartridges will VOID any warranty. Do not try to open your Base Unit, Cables or Cartridges. This will VOID the warranty.

Autoland Scientech warrants all its products to the original consumer to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year after the date of sale to the original consumer under our warranty policy. If the product is found to be defective during this period, the product can be returned to Autoland Scientech USA and will be repaired or replaced free of charge. But this warranty does not cover any part that has been abused, altered, used for the purpose other than that for which it was intended, or used in a manner inconsistent or consequential damages.

II. Warranty Return Procedure

1. The end user must call their local vendor before shipping the unit.
2. The Vendor will then proceed to trouble shoot the unit to determine the cause of malfunction.
3. Once the vendor determines that there is a defective part he will fill out the trouble shooting card reporting the Customer Name, Base Unit Serial Number, Date of Purchase, Software Version and Defective Part to be changed.
4. He or She will fax this request back to Autoland Scientech USA upon approval the part will be shipped to the end user and he or she in turn will ship the defective part back to our office.
5. The Vendor must warn the End User that he or she has 15 days to ship the part back to Autoland Scientech USA inventory department with in this reasonable time. The part will be changed to the Vendor at his discounted price and the vendor may charge his customer for the full retail price of the part.

III. Warranty Period & Coverage

1. Warranty Period for all Autoland Scientech products is 1 year from date of sale to the original consumer.
2. Return freight coverage for any base unit repair is 1 year from the date of sale to the original consumer.
3. Warranty period for other accessories (including cables and cartridges) is 1 year from the date of sale to the original consumer.

IV. What Is Not Covered

1. If Autoland Scientech USA determines that the defect reported is produced by an abuse, alteration or usage of the product for a purpose other than that for which it was intended, used in a manner inconsistent with instructions regarding its use the repair of the product may be charged to the Vendor and he in turn may charge the end user the full amount for the repair.
2. Very slight troubles, which are generally not accepted as caused by defects in material and workmanship, and/or difficulties which happen in a very special operation only.
3. Loss of time, inconvenience and any other consequential damage.

V. Return After Repair

The defective unit will be returned within 7 working days after the unit is received at Autoland Scientech USA Servce Center, it will be diagnosed, repaired or replaced, and shipped back to you . If the product is determined to be under warrangy, it will be repaired or replaced with no charge. And it will be returned freight prepaid unless it exceeds 1 year from the sale date to the original consumer. If the unit is determined to be out of warranty, or damaged for abuse it will be repaired for a nominal service charge plus return freight cost.

VI. Demo Units

Autoland Scientech USA will repair under charge any demo unit that has been damaged for misuse of the product. The vendor must also pay for the shipping of the unit. However if the product is still under warranty and the unit has manufacturer defect it will be repaired at no cost. In this case Autoland Scientech USA will pay for the shipping of the product. VII.
