Todd Enterprises Warranty
Todd Warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period
of 12 months from the date of manufacture as shown on the label attached to the product.
The users soul and exclusive remedy for any defect or failure of performance of the
product shall be the return of the product with proof of purchase, shipping charges
prepaid to place of purchase or to Todd at option of user, for repair, replacement, or
refund of purchase price at the option of Todd. Warranty is void if product has been
altered, abused, neglected or improperly installed. Todd makes no warranty other than
that stated above.
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED TO THE EXTENT EXCLUSION IS PERMITTED BY LAW,
AND ANY SUCH WARRANTIES NOT SO EXCLUDED ARE HEREBY LIMITED IN DURATION
TO THE WARRANTY. EXPRESSED ABOVE. LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY
EXCLUDED.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, or limitations on how long and implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This want to give to specific legal
