General Preparation:
- Remove rear seat
- Support trailing arm
- Detach Strut
- Knock out threaded pin upwards
- Be sure not to damage threads
- Lower trailing arm
REMOVAL
E32 & E34 (Bushing # 1 129 760)
- Assemble receiver cup by placing A (plate) and B (sleeve) together
- Put C (ring) on top of the B (sleeve)
- Place entire unit against bottom of support bushing and place bolt through this assembly
- Place H (donut) on top of bushing. Line up the grooves with the two pins inside the housing
- Screw the nut onto the threaded shaft and turn to pull bushing out
INSTALLATION
E32 & E34 (Bushing # 1 129 760)
- Lubricate outside of the new bushing with approved lubricant
- Fit A (plate) to the bottom of the bushing mount
- Fit G (donut) on the top of the bushing and thread bolt through assembly
- Tighten bolt slowly to draw bushing into mount until properly seated
