Goodall Products Warranty
Goodall products are warranted to the original purchaser against failure due to
defective material and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date
of purchase.
The only exception is when a variance is expressly stated in the
Owners Manual, and/or gasoline engines which are warranted solely by the
manufacturer of such engines.
AntiZap products will be warranted after testing has proven the product faulty.
Goodall will remedy consequential damage caused directly by the defective AntiZap product.
The cost to test any product that has proven to be non-defective will be paid by the user
of that product.
This warranty does not cover any product warn out or altered, use for a purpose other than
which it was intended or used in a manner inconsistent with any instructions
regarding its use. The exclusive remedy for any product found to be defective under
this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product without
charge, and Goodall shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental
damages, including labor charges.
In order to qualify for this warranty, the alleged
defective product must be returned directly to the Goodall factory (at the
discretion of Goodall), postage or freight prepaid. Goodall will make the final
determination of any defect, in accordance with procedures established by Goodall.
No agent, employee or representative of Goodall has the authority to bind to
any affirmation representation or warranty concerning Goodall products, except
as stated herein. Claim for warranty must be verified with a sales slip and
date of purchase. Specifications are subject to change without notice.
