Champion - Accessories Warranty

Each Champion compressed air treatment product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under proper use, installation, application and maintenance in accordance with the manufactures's written recommendations and specifications for a specific time period outlined below. The manufacturer's warranty is limited to, and the sole remedy for any such defect shall be, the repair or replacement (at manufacturer's option) of unaltered products returned to the manufacturer and proven to have such defect, provided the defect is reported within the time guidelines listed below. Any replacement parts or dryers will extend to the remaining period of the original warranty and not beyond.
Note: All dryers outside the United States, Canada, and Mexico will carry a parts only warranty.
  • Refrigerated air dryers - 27 months from date of shipment from factory or 24 months from date of installation. Proof of installation must be received from claimant to verify installation date.
  • Regenerative dryers - CDHM Series dryers carry a 3-year parts only warranty.
  • Oil/Water separators - 15 months from date of shipment or 12 months from date of installation.
  • All other products - (filters, drains, parts, etc.) 12 months form date of purchase.
This is the only authorized champion warranty and is in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties or representation, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, or of any other obligation on the part of Champion.

Warranty claims must be submitted and shall be processed in accordance with Champion's established warranty claim procedure. In no event, will Champion be liable for business interruptions, loss of profits, personal injury, cost of delay; or for any other special, indirect, incidental or consequential losses, cost, or damages.

Note: Routine maintenance and minor adjustments to Champion ancillary products are not covered under this warranty. Prior to performing any possible warranty service or replacing a possible warranted part, Champion's Compressed Air Treatment Service Department must be notified. Failure to comply with this procedure will result in denial or warranty claim. Please fill in the Service Information Sheet prior to calling at the Compressed Air Treatment Service Department.

Note: Oil/water separator and electronic drain valve warranty claims should be routed through Champion Service Department
