18-Month Limited WarrantyOur Commitment to Quality
Service-Pro lifts by Bend-Pak, Inc. are warranted for eighteen months on equipment structure, to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Bend-Pak, Inc. shall repair or replace at their option for the warranty period those parts returned to the factory freight prepaid which prove upon inspection to be defective. Bend-Pak, Inc. will pay labor costs for the first 12 months only on parts returned as described previously. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by ordinary wear, abuse, misuse, overloading, shipping damage, concrete floor problems, improper installation or lack of required maintenance.
