"Design Features That Increase Performance and Productivity"
  • Convenient Ramp Extensions - May be added to all "Truck Models" to increase the overall wheelbase capacity of the lift. These 30" ramp extensions can be added to both ends of the runways and may be installed during the lift installation or at a later date. This gives you the ability to add to your lift as your business grows.
  • Drive-Through Ramps - Available on all models. This feature provides the unique ability to "drive-through" for quick loading and unloading of the lift. This design feature is an excellent addition for quick-lube services or fleet repair.
  • Fully Adjustable Runways - All models are equipped with fully adjustable runways which makes it possible to service both wide and narrow tread width vehicles. No special tools are necessary to adjust the runways. Simply slide the runways over using a prybar or similar device when the lift is in the lowered position. Rolling jacks are equipped with telescoping roller assemblies allowing them to accommodate both narrow or wide installations.
  • Rolling Jacks - Be sure to add one (or two) of our rolling jacks to your lift for added service capability. By adding one of our pneumatic rolling jacks, you will increase profits by increasing productivity. With lifting capacities up to 25,000 pounds each, we have the right rolling jack for your application.
  • Maintenance-Free Power System - All Heavyweights use a self-contained, maintenance-free electric / hydraulic power unit for ultimate performance and dependability. All operating controls are conveniently located within easy reach.
  • Rolling Oil Drain - This convenient rolling oil drain can be added to your lift for additional service capability. Features a telescoping roller design, splash guard screen and a 30-gallon capacity. A 3/4" threaded pipe plug is included to accommodate drains or pump valves.

Air Hose Line and Pump Kit
An optional built-in airline kit is available to accommodate rolling jacks or air tools. All hardware is included to route airlines internally within the runways. Coiled air hoses keep your work area clutter free.

Fully Regulated Pressure System
Electric/hydraulic operation assures safe lifting with minimum maintenance. A fully regulated pressure system and descent flow control valve are a Bend-Pak exclusive feature.

Leaf Chain Design
Heavy-duty leaf chain is utilized on all Bend-Pak four-post lifts for maximum strength and durability. Independent safety locks located in each column are engaged automatically for ultimate safety.
 

Rolling Oil Drain Pan
This convenient rolling oil drain can be added to your lift for additional service capability. Feathres a telescoping roller design, splash guard screen and 30-gallon capacity. A 3/4" threaded pipe plug is included to accommodate drains or pump valves.

Rolling Bridges
Combine one of our popular rolling bridges with your lift for added versatility. Ideal for brake and wheel work. Available in 6,000, 12,000, 15,000 or 18,000 lb. capacities. Comes complete with adapters.

Ramp Extensions
These 30" ramp extensions are available for models; BP-18, BP-27, BP-27X, BP-35, BP-35X, BP-40 and BP-40X.
