Bend-Pak Warranty on Alignment Lifts
Bend-Pak®, Inc. lifts are warranted for five years on equipment structure, to be free
of defects in material and workmanship. Rolling jacks are warranted for one year.
Bend-Pak®, Inc. Shall repair or replace at their option for the warranty period those
parts returned to the factory freight prepaid which prove upon inspection to be defective.
Bend-Pak®, Inc. will pay labor costs for the first 12-months only on parts returned as
described previously. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by ordinary wear,
abuse, misuse, overloading, shipping damage, concrete floor
problems, improper installation or lack of required maintenance.
