The Accu-Turn's simplicity of operation ensures that even the most inexperienced operator can always produce a workpiece with a proper finish. Accu-Turn's arbors and accessories are easily interchangeable, allowing our complete line of machines to be readily adapted to a diversity of applications.
Accu-Turn incorporates the most rugged design in the industry. Our 8900 Series lathes feature
extra-large cast-iron, dove-tail ways which are protected by stainless steel telescoping way covers,
which are equipped with adjustments for wear. The ways are stacked on a cast-iron housing,
making our Accu-Turn models the most rigid available.Each boring bar and twin cutter may be adjusted or removed quickly by loosening only one nut. Every Accu-Turn machine has an oversized alloy spindle which runs on tapered roller bearings with adjustments for wear.
Each cross slide is powered by an independent servo-motor allowing the main drive motor to power thespindle only, through a simple worm and gear drive.
Without compromising simplicity and other exclusive features, the Accu-Turn Multi-Speed Combination Lathe has answered the demands of experienced technicians who require the ultimate versatility and control of the machining process.
Accu-Turn announces its newest entry, the Model 7700, into the market. The Model 7700 is a
combination lathe designed to be affordable while maintaining the high rigidity standard of all
Accu-Turn lathes. With no change-over time converting from drums to rotors, and a machining
time of approximately 4 minutes, the 7700 is the most time efficient model available.
Accu-Turn's On-The-Car Lathe (OCL) is the solution for completing the full range of brake services
where on-the-car machining is required. Like Accu-Turn's traditional lathe line, the OCL eliminates
complications making even the most inexperienced operator an "expert".
Expanding our presence in the wheel service market, Accu-Turn's wheel balancers and tire changers
reinforce it's reputation for providing simple yet rugged and dependable equipment.
