This was a rare case
(Actually I think this has only happened once since we started in 1996).
It involves a floor jack that was ordered.
FedEx actually lost the product and we had to have another shipped from the manufacturer. Then UPS lost the the 2nd one! Given another chance, UPS managed to come through with the delivery of a third jack.
Although some things are out of our control, we did our best to rectify the situation and to make the customer happy.

It was scheduled to deliver 7/30, however Fed Ex still has it departing Harrisburg PA. I called Fed Ex and they are doing a tracer and will contact me within 24 hours on the were abouts of your jack.
